My Pastor moved to Florida in June 2010, I felt lost, my mom had just died and I wished I could have died with her.  One day I went to work and I did not want to be there anymore I was missing something, I was missing everything.  I lived in Illinois all my life with my daughter and grandbabies.  Something kept telling me to quit my job leave my babies and move to Florida.  Everyone thought I was crazy.  In a weird way, I thought I was crazy too. However, I was unhappy with everything I was doing except praising God.  I did not find peace until I started giving my stuff away.  I decided when I got to Florida I would help my pastor start their church.  I found a place to live right by my Pastor.

I didn’t have a job but I pulled down my 20 year pension and gave it away to everyone that ask me for some money or to buy them something.  I did not know how to say no.  I went to bible study paid tithes according to the money that I spent for bills and what I gave away.  God is so good……I turned on the TV and came across the Great Awakening and even though I had bible study with my Pastor every day I could not retain anything and it seemed as if the enemy would come and snatch it just as soon as I read it.  I became secluded and did not want to be around anyone, I thought because my mother was schizophrenic I would be too.  I had dreams I did not understand and visions that seem too real.  I had so much fear in me to talk to anyone other than job related.

Bible school has already been life changing for me, and it’s only been 4 weeks. God has been moving in my life, changing me on the inside, and teaching me who he is. Attending bible school has been a dream, but due to my finances, it remained a dream. God moved and blessed me with a scholarship.

I attend the University of South Florida Full time as a senior, and I was going to use my financial aid to pay for my rent, food, etc while I attended bible school and USF. Previously, I was taking classes from USF online from my home in Orland. Two days before bible school began, I moved to Tampa. During the first week of bible school, I received the news from USF, that I would not be getting the financial Aid that was promised. They reduced everything. My first reaction was panic and worry. Horrible I know! I thought to myself, I have classes from sunup to sundown, first class starts at 9 everyday and I have classes that end at 6 p.m. some days and 10 p.m. other days. I needed a job, but one that would be willing to work around my schedule. I have exactly 15 hours free each week between classes and on Saturday. God provided a job that was flexible and willing to work with me.

Dear pastor Rodney, first of all thank you so much for heeding the call of the spirit over such an extended period of time. You, your wife and family are examples in the kingdom of God! Thanks for serving, helping, pouring out, giving, loving, caring and showing God’s love in a practical, hands on way.

God has blessed the Oudhoff family a whole deal through what you have poured out/activated on my father and indeed our family. Ever since I was 8 years – back home we used to watch revival video’s with the laughing man in it, speaking a language that we as kids did not even understand – we used to watch it for hours on end – Drawn like a mob to a flame. Through it the ministry of Jubilee got birthed and the way of the spirit got ahold of us as a family. I for myself can mark the year when my life got changed through Gods involvement in our family life – when my father came back from business in the states and totally revolutionized the course of our heritage! God is faithful always, blessed be God most high for His perfect work!

While life got on in my 20′s I lost touch with God through condemning others and requiring perfectionism of myself through hard labor and strict discipline – which made me a depressed empty judging, all knowing guy . . . Very sad times.  While in church i started to fall away from God and got ahold of drinking beer and having fun with my friends – getting into alcohol addiction and foolishness. I just wanted to give it my all and get drunk with all of my might, expecting nothing else from my friends either.  We laught alot and did have fun. After doing this for quite a while ( 2 years) I started to think I could do life on my own and that I did not need God anymore – I said to God: God I put you on a shelf, I make my own life, I have got talent and charisma to be the best in the field of sales  and business.

That said, it was very hard from that day to think clearly and not worry and fret I thought I just needed to get used to it, so I pushed.  –Victor O.

The Lord has been so wonderful to us. He showed us a scripture when we were praying for direction for our life. It was Isa. 45:1-3. God told us we would do more than we can ever image and things that are impossible with man but in order for that we had to step into our high calling and live a supernatural life. That required total dependence and trust on Him.

We had such peace after we decided to come here and everything worked out great. We have been so blessed in every way since we landed here. God has provided everything very quickly for us and more. We have been given seed to sow and we have been able to sow and bless other people as well.

The very first day in bible school the Lord touched me with His fire and totally changed my level of trust in Him. This is what the Lord said ”You are safe here. I have put you under authority. I have set you apart. You will go to the next level.” He is doing a deep work inside of me concerning trusting only in Him.

We feel we are in place like never before. We rejoice every single day. The kids are also being blessed and are doing great. The Lord has touched them also. We know this is Gods way for us to the nations and to bring in more souls into eternity than we could ever dream of. That is what we live for.

I have got a new revelation since we came here of how I can press into the anointing. He has filled me with his fire and anointing over and over. God has given me a refreshed faith for miracles and I am expecting Him to move like never before. He has told me to shut the door to doubt and unbelief. There is only one way and that is Gods way. God is getting us ready to shake the nations, that vision has been strengthened in a supernatural way.

God has also touched me in the area of giving and I am sowing in faith and expecting a supernatural harvest. I do not want to hold back anything that the Lord asks of me. I have got a restored trust in Him in all the areas of life. He is my source and supply. Nothing else, no one else. I have experienced a new freedom in trusting Him……Sirkku T.

The highlight for this week was definitely the call center.  Before I logged in on the phone I really asked the Holy Spirit to teach me to let the anointing flow and after praying I was really excited in a way that only comes when your faith and expectation of the Holy Spirit moving is high.

The calls I received were great and I could really feel the hunger of the people.  One lady recommitted her heart to the Lord was baptized in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues and then the fire hit her and she didn’t know whether to laugh and cry…it was so awesome to see God touch this lady and it was such an honor to be part of it.  Another lady phoned for a touch of the fire and for healing from back, hip and neck pain. As I prayed that the fire of God would hit her from the top of her head to the sole of her feet she burst into tongues and I commanded healing over in the name of Jesus. After she settled down enough for me to get a word in I asked her what she was feeling and she said it was like electricity flowing through her. I asked her to do something she couldn’t do before and she said that she could bend over without pain so I just started praising God with her and loving every minute of it.

The third call that really stuck in my mind was a man who wanted prayer to stop loving his wife who he was separated from. I immediately when with the script and he recommitted his life to the Lord and then I told him that our God is a God of reconciliation and gave him some verses from the manual that he could speak out over his situation…I prayed for peace for him and for God to miraculously healthier marriage. I really felt like God touched him and that he hung up with peace and a new hope.

The final experience for the week was while was out soul winning and had a man begin to manifest as he approached us.  I felt broken hearted for the man but at the same time I was ecstatic to know that devil in him could sense the Spirit of God in me before I even opened my mouth. -Andrew M.

The mission of the local church is: Preaching and teaching; Making disciples; Fellowship; Worship; Missions and evangelism; Maturity of the believer; Ministry in the home; Ministry to material needs.

Fellowship:

God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.  1 Corinthians 1:9 KJV

Jesus Christ, by His sacrifice, has made it possible for man to be restored back into relationship and fellowship with God, the Father. When a man or woman accepts the free gift of salvation, he or she is now both a child, and a friend, of God. They are family. This fellowship with Jesus, Paul calls a “mystery” (Ephesians 3:8-12), but it gives us special privileges – in Jesus Christ we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him – we have the right to freely come into the presence of God Himself!

The cup of blessing [of wine at the Lord’s Supper] upon which we ask [God’s] blessing, does it not mean [that in drinking it] we participate in and share a fellowship (a communion) in the blood of Christ (the Messiah)? The bread which we break, does it not mean [that in eating it] we participate in and share a fellowship (a communion) in the body of Christ?  17 For we [no matter how] numerous we are, are one body, because we all partake of the one Bread [the One Whom the communion bread represents].

We believers, though many, are all one body – the Body of Christ. One of the functions of the Church is to facilitate, sustain and maintain fellowship between believers. The word translated “fellowship” is “koinonia”, which means partnership; participation; communicate or communication; communion. We have been brought into communion with Jesus Christ and we have also been brought into communion with each other as the Body of Christ. Romans 12:5 AMP says, “So we, numerous as we are, are one body in Christ (the Messiah) and individually we are parts one of another [mutually dependent on one another].” Whether we like it or not, we are dependent on each other – we need each other.

And they were giving constant attention to the teaching of the apostles and to that which they held in common with them, and to the breaking of the bread and to the gatherings where prayers to God were offered. And a reverential fear came upon every soul. And many miracles that excited amazement and attesting miracles were performed by the apostles. And all those who believed were gathered together as a unit and were holding all things in joint-participation, and were selling their houses and lands and other possessions and kept on distributing them to all, according as anyone was having a need. And daily they continued to remain in the temple, in perfect unanimity, breaking bread at home, partaking of food together in gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having the good will of the people. Often when people use the word “fellowship” they relate it to games, dining, and social interaction. There is nothing wrong with such fellowship, when they conform to biblical ethics, but the word “koinonia” is so much more powerful than that. The Early Church met together for fellowship – for instruction in the Word of God, for prayer, to eat together, to partake of communion, and to worship God (Acts 2:42) – to fellowship in the Gospel and grow together in the Lord (Philippians 1:3-6). Paul testifies that even though James, Peter and John were called to preach to the Jews, and he and Barnabas were called to preach to the Gentiles, they gave the right hand of fellowship to Paul and Barnabas. They offered them all their friendship and support – out of respect for God and His will for all of them (Galatians 2:7-9). The Early Church were united together and had all things in common – they shared ungrudgingly whatever they had – food, clothing, shelter – with each other. Even the persecuted Macedonians, although not wealthy, begged Paul to be able to fellowship with the saints in Jerusalem through their giving (2 Corinthians 8:3-4).

These believers all chose to fellowship with one another because of their covenant with God and each other as the Body. A covenant relationship is one where you commit to fellowship with someone and to love them and bless them based on submission and obedience to God’s Word and not just because you feel like it or not. We are all going to be in heaven together and that means overlooking our differences. We can even agree to disagree, but we don’t have to be disagreeable!

Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, 2 fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. 4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.  Philippians 2:1-4 NKJV

Where people are touched by the power of God and truly filled with the Holy Spirit, there will be harmony and fellowship. When we have unbroken fellowship with God then we will have harmony and fellowship in the Body of Christ. When our fellowship with God is lacking then there will be discord and strife. Discord and strife arises when people behave like the devil – when they are worldly, carnal, selfish and arrogant.

If we have genuine fellowship with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ, we will walk in the truth and we will walk in the love of God toward each other. If we do not walk in love, we show ourselves to be liars – we are not in fellowship with God at all (1 John 1:1-7). Thank God for His blood that washes us clean and gives us another chance to do right. Thank God for His forgiveness. When we realize that we are nothing without Him and we humble ourselves to accept His love and mercy for ourselves, then it is not so difficult to love and show grace to a neighbor. God’s love makes it possible for His precious Church to fellowship with Him and fellowship with each other.

Great Awakening Tour City #16 Chattanooga, Tennessee

Dear Rodney & Adonica, PRAISE THE LORD FOREVERMORE!! I was blessed to be a part of the Tennessee Great Awakening. As a bi-vocational pastor, I was not able to come out to witness every day. However, Tuesday was a breakthrough day for me. 18 souls were lead to Jesus through me and as I told you that Wednesday evening, I had only lead one person to Jesus in over 30 years of ministry. WELL, sowing & reaping…The last day of witnessing, (Saturday) I could only go out for one hour as our church in Ringgold, GA was reaching out to our neighborhood. We had a barbeque and about ten-twelve people showed up. My Neice brought her youngest son, Ryan, 11 years old, who came to Rhema Fellowship for the first time last Sunday, October 21st. During this week he became a Christian and wants to come to church every Sunday. Hallelujah! He was no where near the revival, but was affected none the less. This is just the tip of the iceberg and my faith is stretching WAY out there for hundreds to come into the kingdom in the coming months here in Ringgold. I am also invited to another pastors church in Alabama to pass along this witnessing script and I will keep you posted. God is moving so we must move as well. Love in Christ, Pastor Will

Great Awakening Tour City #16 Chattanooga, Tennessee

I thanks my Lord and Savior Jesuschrist for his mighty deliverance and outpouring of his overflowing love, power and justice. Since I started watching your programming, regular services and campmeetings many wonderful and spiritual blessings has occurred in my life. In my job I worship the Lord, and I pray for the children and adults. I’m a social worker and the Lord has revealed himself to me with abundant love and compassion. My tears are not more, my joy is exceeding.. and I’m moving towards the mountain top, the valleys and prairies because like Joshua; myselve and houshold will serve the Lord. I always pray for your ministry and health, and GOD has answered me. The only thing I want is.. to be inmerse in GOD’s will, love and calling for the ministry. The Lord has forgiven me, has renewed my life and ministry. Shalom.

Ongoing : The Lord showed us the Holy Spirit Highway from BC to the centre of Canada and South to Florida. He showed us a vision of Clusters of Grapes and Oil Dereks. In Obedience we have bought up houses in communities along that route. We are now planting a Victory Church in Brandon Manitoba which we believe will follow with a connection to RMI. This Vision is being fueled by the Holy Spirit when we caught the FIRE during your first online Broadcast where Rodney showed he had slippers without socks on. We will be joining you soon in person. I sent a prayer request,yesterday 10/28/07 right before the 11:00AM service.I was watching the 9:00AM service,I was ready to go to church at 10:10AM when my husband came upstairs and told me my dad fell through the night and when I checked on him, his right wrist was slightly crooked and his little finger was swelled and crooked.I know it was broke, I work in a nursing home and I go with residents for doctor appointments.I have seen broken wrists before. I stayed home from church to look after my dad. I knew if I took him to the emergency room, they would splint it and he would have to go to the doctor today. I stepped out in faith and sent a request to the River. I had enough,my mom was having a heart cath 10/29 and now my dad broke his wrist. I decided I would send a prayer request and ask for believe that Jesus would touch mom and dad. My husband and I went with mom for the heart cath. When the nurse came out to take us back to see her before the procedure, she asked us where the other people were, she was told that there was 8 people in the waiting room for her.At this point I realized that 6 angels were with my husband and I and someone saw them, even though we did not.The nurse came out and said they could not find any blockages. Last week ,the doctor told her she had 2 blockages and she was a candidate for a major heart attack. During your service yesterday, you prayed for blockages to be removed.Jesus did it,He removed them.Praise His wonderful name. They are keeping my mom overnight. She has kidney failure or I should say she did have kidney failure.When Jesus touches you, He makes you whole. When my husband and I came home from the hospital, I checked my dads wrist and it was straight and his little finger was straight, He could bend them as well.Jesus healed Him as well. Praise Him. Thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!
